DJI Terra New Features - Gaussian Splatting

Important update for DJI Terra from July 17th, 2025. Highlights as below:

1. DJI Terra Pro user can upgrade to standard version for free. Please download the latest DJI Terra version and install.

2. Gaussian Splatting feature is available from DJI Terra Flagship version. If you are a DJI Terra pro user, please upgrade to DJI Terra Flagship. Please contact info@ldon.ca for support needed.

3. Free trial of Gaussian Splatting is available for all users. Please request from the link. For current DJI Terra users, you can bind the trial code under the same account.

About Gaussian Splatting

Terra introduces Gaussian Splatting, which quickly generates detailed and realistic 3D models from photos, accurately restoring diverse scenes such as cultural relics, architectural projects, urban blocks, and scenic gardens. Compared to visible-light oblique photogrammetry technology, 3D Gaussian Splatting significantly enhances the representation of complex elements like fine structures, transparent and reflective objects, and vegetation. In addition to producing more natural rendering effects, this technology can also generate distortion-free orthomosaics, further improving the quality of the results.
